Space for around 800 people. Many of our team members travel from across the region to work with us. To make that possible — and to give them a safe, comfortable place to call home — Pegma provides residential facilities for its workforce close to the facility. Clean accommodation, essential amenities and a secure living environment mean our people can focus on their work and their families without the burden of long commutes or unreliable housing.

For us this is not a perk to be advertised; it is part of a basic commitment to the dignity of everyone who helps build our products. A workforce that is housed well, rested and secure is also a safer, more focused and more capable workforce.

A special school with 200 children is supported by Pegma. Through this affiliation we help provide access to education, therapy and opportunity that these children might otherwise go without.

We believe a manufacturing enterprise carries a responsibility that reaches beyond its own gates — and that the true measure of a company includes how it treats those most in need of a helping hand. This partnership is one of the commitments we are proudest of.

Economic independence transforms lives, families and entire communities. Pegma's Training Centre for Female Empowerment equips women from in and around Ajmer with practical, employable skills — and, for many, a direct pathway into stable employment at our facility.

By opening doors that are too often closed to women in industrial regions, we are not only strengthening our own workforce but helping build a more equal and resilient local economy. Every woman we train and employ is a step toward that future.
